Fire up your summer with chef, farmer, and food educator, Meghan Stotko for River Arts’ first Summer Chef Adventure! Develop menus – featuring local, seasonal food. Share your own family history and recipes to create favorite dishes. Each day of the workshop will focus on one of the main components of the meal: appetizers, the main course, salad and side dishes, and dessert.
