"The Road to Carnegie" Benefit Performance for Grace

Past event

My daughter, Grace Moriath, age 14 and finishing 8th grade at Northfield Middle High School, has been accepted to be part of the Middle School Honors Performance and will sing in a concert with middle school kids from across the country at Carnegie Hall on June 27. Grace is working hard now to learn the music for the performance.

Grace will spend 4 days in New York City rehearsing with the other participants before the show at Carnegie. While an amazing opportunity, the cost of the program is not inexpensive.

On Friday, June 5 at 7 p.m. at White Chapel on the Norwich campus, a benefit performance, entitled "The Road to Carnegie" will be held. Grace will perform, as well as other friends and choir members. She will be accompanied by the amazing Alison Cerutti and directed by her dedicated voice coach, Maggie Cook.

We invite you to come enjoy an evening of music! Admission is free and donations of any size will be gratefully accepted if you are so moved.

Thus far in her fundraising, Grace has been supported by family and friends, as well as a grant from the Paine Mountain Arts Council.
