The American Red Cross Babysitter’s Training class will be held at the Martha Canfield Library on Saturday, May 30 from 10:00am to 5:00pm. The class is open to youth ages 11-15. Class size is limited, so please register in advance. The class is funded by a grant and there is no charge. Lunch will be provided.

As a participant you will learn how to supervise children and infants, perform basic child-care skills, identify safety hazards and prevent injuries, communicate with parents, interview for babysitting jobs, and more. You will also receive a handbook, an emergency reference guide and CD. Join us for this fun and fast-paced training.
