Help Contrtol an Invasive Plant!

Past event
May 23, 2015

Join the Upper White River Cooperative Weed Management Association this Saturday, May 23rd, 10-12, to pull garlic mustard! Meet on the Rochester Green, across from Pierce Hall. Come dressed to get dirty in long pants and close-toed shoes. Gloves and bags will be provided.

Garlic mustard is one of the latest invasive plants to arrive in our neighborhood. It can handle low light conditions so it poses a particular threat to the native plants and wildlife that live in our woods. Garlic mustard is not yet widespread in the valley, and you can help us keep it that way!
