Huntington's 250th Celebration Sunday, Sept. 8

Remember, tomorrow is a full day of activities to celebrate our town's 250th anniversary, Come to one or come to all. Much work has been done to bring everyone fun things to do. Here's the line-up for the day:

10:30 - Town picture. Meet at the school and be counted, and seen, as a member of this community,
11:00 - Annual Chicken BBQ. At Brewster Pierce School. Have a delicious meal and support the Huntington Library. Goes until 2:00 or until all are served. $10 adult, $6 12 & under, $7.50 salads dinner.
1:00 - Party at the Town Hall. Free ice cream from Vermont's best, live music from the Swing Peepers, Huntington history exhibit.
4:00 - Contradance at the Jubilee Farm. Called by Will Mentor, with live music by Pete Sutherland and Jim Burns. $5 adults, $2 12 & under, $12 family (2 adults & children).
