Save the date, Monday, June 1st for a book signing of Spunky Lamoille Boys in Blue Too, a new edition of Civil War letters compiled by Deanna French and edited by Tom Ledoux. From 3 to 4 PM at the Johnson Public Library on Railroad Street, there will be a few words from the VIPs, a history quiz, snacks, and Tom and Deanna will sign your copy of the book. All proceeds from the book sale will benefit the Lamoille Area Cancer Network. The Johnson Historical Society is hosting this event.
