Food & Medicine of the Field and Forest: A day-long immersion into the world of wild edible plants and healing weeds.

Sunday, May 31st 10am-4pm, Burlington, VT

Herbalist and Registered Dietitian Melanie Brotz, RD – provides a more comprehensive workshop on/Identifying, Harvesting and Cooking Wild Edibles/– Shoots, Roots, Greens, and Culinary Mushrooms.We will take a wild plant identification walk, and gather, wash, prepare, cook, and sample wild plant dishes.Please bring a plate and fork.Class Fee $65.
