Husband and wife duo, Dominique Dodge and Robert Ryan, breathe vivid life into timeless songs and melodies born of the Irish and Scottish emigration experience. This event will feature traditional songs and tunes of the emigration experience as well as selected poems read by Burlington-based Irish poet, Angela Patten, and an opening act by local songwriter, Noel Mukiza, originally of Burundi.

This young couple has built a home for themselves in the Champlain Valley, where they teach and perform traditional arts, work for local businesses, and serve their communities through volunteer work. Their love for their music and for each other shines through each performance and the sharing of emigration music is a heartfelt expression of their lived experience. All proceeds from these concerts will go towards funding their immigration costs. Join Robert and Dominique for an evening of beautiful music and help them remain rooted in their chosen community.
