Please join the Village Bike Shop and North Country Hospital as we both host Thursday Family and Friends Fun Rides. 5:30, meet at the bike path parking at the hospital and let's go for a ride! These rides are gentle, at your own pace and designed just to have fun and/or get reacquainted with your bicycle. A flat ride about 1.5 miles to the picnic tables at Black River where you can enjoy a snack you've brought then we'll ride back. You must have a helmet to ride with us!
