Community Mindfulness

This Thursday, 6:30-7:30 p.m., come to Winooski Senior Center. 123 Barlow Street, for a free mindfulness session. Come join your neighbors for 20 minutes of guided mindfulness practice and then discussion. Mindfulness is relaxed and focused attention. It helps us deal with stress better and be happier! Newcomers are welcome. Led by volunteer Andrea O'Connor. Sponsored by the Center of Mindful Learning, Johnson, Vermont.
