You Are Invited!

Dear friends of Adrien "Yellow" Patenaude,

I want to let you know about the two events during which I will be presenting the Adrien “Yellow” Patenaude Memorial Scholarships.

Each of you has contributed in many ways and I thank each of you from the bottom of my heart.

I had four large 22” x 44” checks made with Adrien “Yellow” Patenaude Memorial Scholarship in the memo line. Each of the four recipients (2 at North Country, 2 at UCA) will be given one at their respective ceremonies. The profit ($6,520) from the sale of the first 500 copies of Noah’s Song will be equally distributed to the four students, each of whom will be heading off to college to major in art or a related field. See attached photo of one of the checks.

Info on the award events: UNITED CHRISTIAN ACADEMY AWARDS NIGHT. Friday, May 29 at 7 pm at Cornerstone Church, 748 Quarry Rd, Newport, VT NORTH COUNTRY UNION HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS NIGHT. Wednesday, June 3 at 6 pm at NCUHS Auditorium, 209 Veterans Ave, Newport, VT. I’m slated to be the first on the dais to present scholarships.

Adrien was a graduate of North Country High and had helped students with their artwork at both North Country and UCA during the past few years.

If you can, please help me get word out to Adrien’s relatives and friends by forwarding this email … or whatever you can do to spread the word.All are welcome to attend the events. It would be great to see you.
