Jack & Sandra Milbank: Revision to Approved Subdivision - The applicant has requested a revision to an approved subdivision to expand the building envelope from the undeveloped lot of the previously approved Godfrey subdivision. Property Location: This property is located just north of the intersection of Hines Road and Gilman Road in the Agricultural Zoning District.

4.) Akiko Balchiunas: Final Plat – The applicant has submitted a final plat application for a 2-lot subdivision of a 22.5 acre property located at 401 Butternut Lane in the Rural Residential 2 Zoning District.

5.) Estate of Arlene O’Neil: Sketch Plan – The applicants have submitted a sketch plan application for a five lot subdivision located in the area of O’Neil and Leavensworth Roads. The applicants own an approximate 57 acre parcel and an approximate 239 acre parcel of land located at the intersection of O’Neil Road and Leavensworth Road in the Agricultural Zoning District.
