REMINDER: There is a fermentation workshop THIS SUNDAY at the Four Corner Schoolhouse in East Montpelier. Lisa Mase will lead us in making our own fermented vegetables! Bring a vegetable (cabbage, radish, carrot, beet) some garlic, ginger, salt, wooden spoon and a quart sized mason jar. Come enjoy a hands-on experience with fermentation! See you at 3:00 this Sunday.
