Have you ever read a book that contained a recipe and wished you could taste it? Here is an opportunity to sample recipes from books and support reading at the same time. The Friends of the New Haven Library invite you to sample recipes from a variety of stories, sip wine, and help support the New Haven Library at their upcoming culinary event “Food. Wine. Books.” at the Lincoln Peak Vineyard, 142 River Road in New Haven on Saturday, May 16th from 6 PM to 8 PM. Come!

Tickets are $15 per person and include a glass of wine. They are available in advance at the New Haven Library and can also be purchased at the door. Proceeds are to benefit the New Haven Library.
