Here's hoping for a constructive discussion about Harbor Place on Tuesday, 8PM, and glad that the Champlain Housing Trust will be there. The Shelburne Police and CHT have worked hard to address challenges. My impression is that the majority of families and individuals living there are not bent on breaking the law and harming others; most people have found a safe place, and are just relieved to have the safe housing they need. Problems spilling into neighborhoods need addressing, and I'm confident that the Shelburne community will come up with intelligent and caring solutions.
