Free Vermont History Museum Tour!

Please join us for a tour of the Vermont History Museum this Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Free for all Lamoille County residents, the tour will be led by the exhibit curator, Jackie Calder. You'll see an Abenaki wigwam, an old tavern and village shoe shop, a WWII living room, and more. The Vermont History Museum is next to the State House in Montpelier, on 109 State Street.

You can also come for a director's tour of the Vermont History Center in Barre, on Wednesday, May 20th, at 6:00 p.m.--also free for Lamoille County residents. The Vermont History Center has three exhibits, library archives, and 30,000 museum artifacts--the center is in downtown Barre, at 60 Washington Street.
