The Essex Conservation Committee will meet on Tuesday, May 12 at 7 p.m. in the Police Community Room, 145 Maple Street (please note the new location!!). The agenda includes the following items:

- 34 Kellogg Road - Essex Mini Storage is looking to expand a storage building by 5,000 square feet and remove 5,055 square feet of pavement;
- 1 Commonwealth Avenue - 4,300 square foot building with ground-floor commercial space and four upstairs apartments;
- 3 Commonwealth Avenue/10 Carmichael St. - 22,400 square foot building with 56 congregate care units and 4,000 square feet of commercial space;
- 7 Carmichael Street - 10,000 square foot building with ground-floor office space and nine second-floor apartments.

5) Town Plan discussion
6) Discussion of establishing a conservation fund or land trust
