Just a reminder that this Saturday, May 9 between 9 am, and 2 pm residents of the Mad River Resource Management Alliance; Duxbury, Fayston, Moretown, Roxbury, Waitsfield, Warren and Waterbury can participate in the Spring Household Hazardous Waste Collection at Harwood Union High School. We can accept all your pesticides and architectural oil and latex paints at no charge and 10 additional gallons of liquid or 10 pounds of solid hazardous waste at no charge. Beyond the 10 units there is a $4.00 per unit charge. So bring your old gasoline, solvents, glues, roofing tar, mercury related products and more. We can't take compressed gases, fire extinguishers, infectious waste, explosives, ammunition or radioactive waste. We will be doing this again on October 3, the first Saturday in October.
