Another showing of 'Freedom and Unity ~ The Vermont Movie' will be shown this coming Wednesday, May 13th, 7 pm at the Salisbury Public Library. There are 6 films in all, featuring many visions of our beautiful state, and the films do not need to be seen in order. The film we will be showing on Wed: 'Under the Surface', covers over a century, from pre-Civil War to 2209, including the rise of unions, labor wars, George Aiken's gentle populism, Helen and Scott Nearing's back-to-the-land experience, and more.
