Spanish Farm to Table
6-11 pm I $165 per person Summer Semi-Formal Attire
New this year is the Spanish Farm to Table Gala Dinner on Saturday night featuring the wines from Cune Rioja courtesy of Farrell Distributing and Europvin. Enjoy a spectacular Spanish- themed collaborative five-course dinner from Executive Chef Cody Vasek, Trapp Family Lodge, Executive Chef Arnd Sievers Trapp Family Lodge, Jack Pickett Owner and Executive Chef of The Phoenix and Shawn Calley Executive Chef at the Essex and 2015 Vermont Chef of the Year. Each course will be paired with spectacular Spanish Cune Rioja wines. The evening will include a live auction where guests will be able to bid on amazing one-of a-kind items, ranging from rare wines donated from the cellars of private collectors to large format bottles signed by the winemakers. Vacation getaways, luxurious items and a variety of splendid and unusual lifestyle items will also be offered.

Grand Tasting
12 noon-4 pm I $60 per person ($20 children under 12)
At the most popular event of the weekend The Grand Tasting event families are invited to visit with winemakers, Vermont craft brewers, and over 30 award winning chefs, restaurants and vendors from around the region. Our Educational Tasting Theatre provides participants the opportunity to discover their personal tasting palate and explore ways to expand their dining experiences. The silent auction will feature fine and collectible wines, vacation getaways and other great local treasures. Guests will also enjoy another Vermont local treat, the bluegrass tunes of the Starline Rhythm Boys.
