Cabot Creamery Cookbook Event at the Flying Pig

This Thursday, May 7, at 6:30 pm, The Flying Pig Bookstore is delighted to host an event featuring Melissa Pasanen and Beth Kennett talking about and making some of the recipes from *The **Cabot Creamery Cookbook**: Simple, Wholesome Dishes from America's Best Dairy Farms.*

This event is all about cheese! Cabot cheese, to be precise. *The **Cabot Creamery Cookbook* is full of amazing recipes. Melissa Pasanen wrote the book and helped curate the recipes, featuring some of the best farmers in the Cabot Cheese Coop.

She will be joined by one of those farmers, Beth Kennett of Liberty Hill Farm in Rochester, VT.

Melissa will demo some easy and tasty meat and veggie yogurt dips and talk about the recipes. Beth will speak about the challenges and joys of being a cheese-making dairy famer.

This should be a really fun and informative event. We will have samples of cheeses, dips, and cider.
