Come celebrate Mother’s Day with a gentle flow class-we will practice together weaving in sun salutations, restorative poses and partner yoga. At the end treat your mom to a foot massage during savasana! We will have refreshments and treats at the end.

$10 (includes one mom and one child-limit of 24 people total) Please register with the Westford Recreation Department
Bring a mat and blanket if you have them-I will have mats available too.
