Rummey School was recently awarded a grant by the Whole Kids Foundation which will allow us to expand and improve the gardens at Rumney school We’re planning a work party on Saturday May 9 - 9 a.m.-4 p.m.—please join us even if you can only make it for an hour or two. Some likely projects include constructing raised beds, clearing a few trees, and maybe doing some prep work for expanding the fence. Come prepared to get dirty! We recommend bringing work gloves and work boots, any basic carpentry tools you may have, as well as loppers, brush cutters, and shovels.
