As many of you know Tuesday May 5 is the Ferrisburgh Central School budget revote at the Ferrisburgh town offices from 7AM-7PM. And as many of you also know our school is a vital part of our town and has received awards and accolades over the years for its programs and initiatives.

Unfortunately the school board has already had to make some severe and difficult cuts since the budget did not pass in March. It is now critical that as a community we get this new school budget passed to ensure that our vibrant school does not lose any more.

The financial impact of this budget per household on tax payers will be hardly noticeable - a few bucks.

But the impact to our wonderful little school, and our town, if we as a community cannot stand behind it and support it will be major.
