Tons of Hinesburgers are heading to the Queen City for this epic evening, and many businesses in town have generously donated to the Rad Raffle Giveaway. All raffle ticket proceeds go to the Handle With Love Doula Scholarship Fund, a charity project that grants need-based financial aid to expectant mothers wishing to hire a doula.
