Hello neighbors -- Just a reminder that Vermont's 45th annual Green Up Day is here. On Saturday morning here in Winooski, a group of volunteers is hoping YOU WILL JOIN IN! Please meet at 9 a.m. at the Community Center in Malletts Bay Avenue. We'll have lots of green Green Up bags and a big map of our little city. Suggest you bring sturdy shoes and gloves. Know a problem spot? We'll map it and make sure it's a problem no more. This is one day of the year when we can together make a real difference (and it's strangely therapeutic to pick up trash that's blown around over the winter.) Please join in!
