Hi,
Debi Gray (the Lincoln Library librarian) was nice enough to post on my upcoming visit to the Library, so I thought I would follow up with a posting of my own. As a Navigator, I yearn to be a approachable "face" in the community to help reason with the "seasons" of Vermont Health Connect.
I will set up shop in the Lincoln Library later today (Wednesday) to help facilitate any questions/issues/feedback on accounts...or even to help enroll in a healthcare plan if a life "change" is experienced; I'm certainly more than happy to educate on what a "change" is and to see if one is eligible!
As I don't work in sales, insurance, etc., but rather as someone who has a stake in one of the Vermont Health Connect insurance products, my reach is simple: to provide some clarity to this inevitable healthcare journey we're on....and to make the process as painless as possible for all!
