Now that everything has defrosted we can finally finish cleaning up after the fire. The Free Methodist Church (76 Elmwood Ave. - fire Jan. 15th) is doing some spring cleaning this Saturday (May 2nd) from 10:00 AM until ??? We will be serving pizza and drinks at noon to anyone who stops by to help. We already have some folks from some of the area churches coming by to help, as well as some of our neighborhood homeless friends. Would love to have concerned neighbors stop by to lend a hand as well, especially if you have a green thumb. We hope to put a small flower garden in where the sign used to be.
