Green Mountain youth Sports and development is hosting a Green up day used tire disposal site! Albert Caron, owner of Waterbury service Center on main street has opened his door to the youth facility to collect used, unmounted tires on Saturday May 2nd and Sunday May 3rd from 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.
Tires will be stacked and removed from the Service Center by players and parents of the youth baseball and softball program and delivered to a registered tire recycling center in Williston Vermont.
Cost to dispose your tires is $3.00 each and all proceeds will benefit the GMYS league! Our recycling vendor and graciously donated to take every tire we collect for free!!!!
Have to many tires to bring to us? We will come to you! Contact Scott Culver at 802-760-0502 to make arrangements for us to collect your tires at your home at no extra charge!
GMYS and development is a non-profit organization (Waterbury Cal Ripken League) that relies heavily on sponsors and fundraisers. All money collected helps offset costs for registrations, insurance, safety equipment an scholarships that are offered to families that have hardships and need help financial help so their children can play ball!!
