Sitewalk and Hearing Re: Office/Warehouse Project Near Interstate

The Middlesex Zoning Board holds a hearing Wednesday, April 29, regarding Kingsbury Company's request for a variance to build an office/warehouse/garage complex on a lot on the NE corner near Exit 9. The area is zoned for mixed use and the questions include whether this project is in line with those uses and what impact it may have on neighboring properties. The application identifies a building 100' long, 60' wide, and 28' high to be built after leveling a low ridge that exists on the site.

The meeting, which is open to all, will begin with a 5:30pm site walk at 58 Center Rd, followed by a hearing at Town Hall. Relevant documents and drawings are available for public viewing at the Town Clerk's office during regular hours.
