All too often we overdo it those first days of spring hurting our back, legs, wrists and shoulders. Yoga can help! Learn how to use yoga to prevent common injuries so you will be less likely to injure yourself doing the hobby you love!
After yoga, we'll go outside to the gardens around the Yoga Roots Studio with Charlie and practice the proper ways to lift, rake, prune, dig, and cultivate so not to hurt ourselves, and you'll get a few gardening tips from Charlie as well.
