Arbor Day has been officially proclaimed by the Selectboard for Friday May1. Charlotters are encouraged to plant new trees or to give tender loving care to existing trees, There will be a tree planting ceremony at Charlotte Central School, as has been the practice for over two decades starting at 2 PM
