Green Up Day Sat May 2, 9-12, Mary Hogan School
Kick off National Bike Month (May) with a new/used bike!
Time for a new/used bike? Donate or sell your old bike. Drop off bicycle donations or consignment bikes at the Bike Center , Monday, April 27th through Friday May 1st, 9:30 am – 5:30 pm. All bikes will receive a basic safety check (air tires/bolt check). Prices will be as marked. A $10 fee will be charged for bikes put on consignment. With a donation of a bicycle you will receive a coupon from the Bike Center (10% off accessories).
Spring Cleaning? Interested in getting rid of your old bike parts, accessories, clothes, etc. Tables will be available for $10.
Need help riding your bike safely? Test your skills through our obstacle course or by taking a practice ride.
Want to avoid “roadtrans”? Hear from psychologist Dave Cohen on why biking is good for kids’ mental and physical wellbeing. 10:30 am in gym. Visit www.vbikesolutions.org.
Need help teaching beginners how to ride a bike? We’ll assist you with your young children and new riders. Session 1: 10:00 – 10:30 Session 2: 11:00 – 11:30

Want food? Midd Natural Foods Co-op follows with a Green Up Festival (12- 3) featuring free food, music, and displays of local environmental groups. What a great day!
