Weekly Wednesday Lunchtime Meditation Circle Continues

*** Something new...We're going to use a brief, guided meditation introduction this week to help everyone, new and experienced, settle in...come experience it! ***

What: A weekly meditation circle ~ no experience is necessary!
Where: Brandon Free Public Library
When: Wednesdays from 12:30 to 1:30 pm

Why: This is for anyone who…

* has been hearing about meditation's benefits and wants to give it a try but doesn't know where to start;
* would benefit from the structure of a regular meditation session to support their new practice;
* is a regular meditator who would enjoy sitting in the company of others; or,
* would simply savor a brief, silent interlude in the busyness of their day.

Most of us use chairs but if you want to bring your own meditation cushion or bench, please feel free.

New to meditation? Welcome! Please plan to arrive the first time at 12:30 and you'll receive an orientation to and guidance in mindfulness meditation to help you get started.

Sit for 10 minutes, 20 minutes or more.

Come when you can, leave when you wish.
