RGH's Annual Fundraiser Yoga
April 26 9:30 to 10:30 Hinesburg Town Hall

Spring Yoga: Shake off Winter and welcome Spring. Join your friends and
neighbors in a simple, cleansing and energizing Yoga practice. This class
is appropriate for people at all levels of experience and ability, including
beginners. It will be offered by Laura Wisniewski, founder and director of
Hinesburg's Beecher Hill Yoga. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. Healthy snacks and questions will follow the class. Laura's yoga practice is about healthy people living in a healthy community.
