It will be at the Richmond Free Library Community Room this Tuesday, April 21 from 7 - 8:30 pm, and is free and open to all. A coalition of environmental, anti-poverty, and business groups have come together in the Energy Independent Vermont campaign with the goal of addressing the problem of global warming and putting a price on carbon pollution in Vermont.
