Carbon Pollution Tax Educational Forum

Past event
Apr 21, 2015

Come to this forum and find out why a carbon pollution tax could make sense for Vermont. Johanna Miller from VT Natural Resources Council and Ben Walsh from VPIRG will be the presenters. It will be at the Richmond Free Library Community Room this Tuesday, April 21 from 7 - 8:30 pm, and is free and open to all. A coalition of environmental, anti-poverty, and business groups have come together in the Energy Independent Vermont campaign with the goal of addressing the problem of global warming and putting a price on carbon pollution in Vermont. The forum is sponsored by the Richmond Climate Action Committee and VT Interfaith Power and Light. For more information, contact Betsy Hardy by email or call 434-3397.

Light refreshments will be served.
