The Richmond Climate Action Committee is co-sponsoring with Interfaith Power and Light a presentation to answer questions about the carbon pollution tax proposal that is currently being discussed in the legislature. The event will be this Tuesday night, April 21, at 7:00 PM at the Richmond Free Library.
