Free Chair Yoga Tuesdays 11:00 at Stowe Library Starts 4/21
Stowe Free Library is bringing Kate Graves to teach Chair Yoga for Seniors beginning this Tuesday 11:00-11:45. We meet in the conference room. This is a gentle, playful series integrating movements from yoga and qi gong. We stretch, strengthen, and grow our breathing capacity. Classes include brain balancing and guided meditation.
