Village Meeting, May 5, Australian Ballot, Article 12. Bond for Solar
Hyde Park Solar will serve all Hyde Park Electric customers within the Town of Hyde Park. Village of Hyde Park eligible voters will decide the bond issue. Hyde Park Electric revenues will pay for the 30 year, zero interest bond. If you are a Town resident served by Hyde Park Electric, you can express your opinion to Village residents who are eligible to vote on the bond. The voter list is posted in the Village office.
Warning of 2015 Annual Meeting, AUSTRALIAN BALLOT on ARTICLE 12
May 5, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., at the Village Office
The Village Annual Meeting commences at 7:00 p.m. on May 5th at Hyde Park Elementary School.
The Australian ballot for Article 12 reads as follows:
Shall general obligation bonds for the Village of Hyde Park in an amount not to exceed three-million dollars ($3,000,000) payable out of Electric Department revenue, be issued, subject to Public Service Board approval, for the purpose of constructing a one megawatt (1MW) solar generation facility, to be located within the Town of Hyde Park?

CHECKLIST POSTED at Clerks Office by Karen Wescom. If your name is not on the checklist, then you must register to vote. REGISTER TO VOTE no later than 5:00 p.m., Wednesday April, 29 at Village Office. REQUEST EARLY or ABSENTEE BALLOTS: You or a family member can request early or absentee ballots at any time during the year of the election in person, in writing, by telephone or email. The latest you can request ballots for the May 5 Australian ballot for Article 12 is the close of the Village Clerk’s office on Monday, May 4th by 4:00 p.m. Any other person authorized by you who is not a family member must apply in writing or in person for a ballot for you.
