Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a 6 week program designed to help caregivers care for themselves while caring for a relative or friend (no professional caregivers, please). Whether helping a parent, spouse or friend who lives in a nursing home, across the country or in the same house; this program will provide tools to reduce guilt and stress, make tough decisions and improve communication.

Fridays, May 1 - June 12 from 2:00 - 4:00 at the Cambridge Health Center
