This Tuesday at 7 Pm
Who pollinates our flowers? Not just honeybees. There are a myriad of other helpful insects out there, including the buzzing bumblebees and many smaller solitary bees, flies, wasps, beetles, and butterflies, moving pollen from one flower to another in your fruit trees, perennial beds and vegetable garden. This illustrated talk will survey many of pollinators and give strategies to conserve, attract, and encourage native pollinators. 426-3581 for information.
