Breathing and Movement Class for Seniors at Library

Free Class for Seniors at Stowe Free LIbrary Tuesdays 11:00-11:45 am begins Sept. 17th. This gentle class is led by Kate Graves. It combines breathing, chair yoga and chi gong. Participants can attend a single class or all five in series. Library is 253-6145.
