Come and help up us celebrate the solar (pv) system that will be installed sometime this spring in our back yard. We are offering a paint our own pottery afternoon/evening with live local music, and pot luck. Come with your modern, tribal, minimal, what have you, sun inspired imagery and use colored slips (liquid clay with pigment) to paint onto hand made terra cotta plates. We will fire and exhibit the plates, salon style, at our Open Studio Weekend Sale. After the pizza kiln gets rebuilt, we will invite everyone back for a wood fired pizza potluck and put the plates to good use. Join us on Saturday, April 25th 4-7 pm. Everyone is welcome!
