This meeting will be a working session to discuss the amendment of the zoning regulations to convert a 9-acre area adjacent to Crescent Avenue from Recreation zoning to Urban Residential zoning. The public is always welcome to attend meetings of the Planning Commission.

This zoning change pertains to the proposed 10,000 square foot medical office building to be sited off Crescent Avenue
at the Shaw Recreation Area.
