Some of you may have noticed that a small pig/sheep/poultry farm moved into your neck of the woods last June. That’s us! Agricola Farm (2674 Jersey st, Panton). We leased land in Williston before we bought our piece of paradise in Panton.

Also, we want to let you know about our FARM DINNER CLUB! http://www.agricolavermont.com/dinner-club.html Our next dinner will be on April 26th and it is a gourmet, 5-course Italian dinner prepared in collaboration with Chef Witting where we will use our guanciale, Icelandic lamb, and other products harvested from our land to make an incredible eating experience.
