Message from Public Works Dept.... Due to a broken water main on Lower Welden Street, the Public Works department will be shutting off water in this area at 4:00 pm. Residents in the general area of Lower Welden Street and South Elm Street will not have water for 4 - 6 hours. Once the water is turned back on, residents may experience some discoloration. If discoloration occurs, it is recommended that you run your water until it appears back to normal. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
