The Waterbury Area Trail Alliance (WATA) would like to invite you to support local recreation by joining us for the Gravel Grinder, a casual benefit group ride (race it if you want!) on Sunday, April 19th. Registration starts at 8AM at 5 Pilgrim Park. Cost is $35, with all proceeds going to trail maintenance of the world-class multi-user trails at Perry Hill. These trails bring a lot of people into our community on a regular basis - and they all like to eat, drink beer, and buy gas.
The Gravel Grinder is 25+ miles of the finest hills and dirt roads the Waterbury area has to offer. Whatever the road and weather conditions, we’re expecting an excellent early season adventure with all of our cycling friends.
Registration includes ride food and drink, and t-shirt and post ride meal from the world renowned Josh Bard of Phoenix Bar and Grill in Stowe.
Remember - all funds raised will go towards trail maintenance at the Perry Hill trails in Waterbury, VT. Come help us support the trails that help support our community!
