Hi Neighbors,
One of my non-day jobs is directing a local group of singers, Social Band. I'm biased of course, but believe that the sound of "the naked voice", unaccompanied, un-engineered and harmonious is one of the things we don't get enough of these days. I invite you to catch one of our concerts. Dates and description below. Thanks! Amity Baker

Inspired and invigorated by the coming of spring, Social Band, Burlington’s lively band of choristers, sings of journeys, both literal and figurative, that change us along the way. As always, Social Band brings its characteristic “joie de vivre” to this program - combining powerful singing, food for thought and our collective sparkling personality. Join us for an hour of song and poetry that explores transitions and rites of passage and their transformative power. $15 dollar suggested donation.
