Come cook with your neighbors! Stacy Fraser, Eating Well's Test Kitchen Manager and long-time Charlotte resident is offering a community cooking class hosted at the Charlotte Senior Center. Class members will prepare an easy, healthy, Italian-inspired meal together and sit down to enjoy the feast. You'll learn tips for how to read a recipe, basic knife skills and receive casual, fun culinary instruction while preparing the meal.
