Building Bright Futures is putting on a Kindergarten Readiness workshop on Thursday, April 9th from 5:30 till 7:30 at Green Mountain Tech.
It's free. So is dinner, and childcare.... and there are door prizes too (a whole bunch of gift cards, and some stocked backpacks... and books!).
If you're interested more in helping to prepare a child for kindergarten, come get your questions answered.
There's a superstar cast of presenters: Carrie Bullard, a preschool and EEE teacher at Eden Central School, Marie Olsen, a parent, LouAnne Clewes, a preschool teacher at Mud City Kinds, Jeff Dacales, a kindergarten teacher and others.
In order to be sure we have good coverage for childcare, and enough food for dinner, send me a note if you'd like to register (and tell me how many kids you're bringing, if you are).
